1.       Relationship building
Establish and maintain an effective relationship between the local community and Scatec Solar.
Build and foster an environment that supports community involvement, continuous community engagement.

2.       Stakeholder engagement
Provide regular and timely information and project updates to the local community and relevant stakeholders.
Develop and regularly update of community profiles.
Update of stakeholder database on a regular basis
Report any community issues to the plant managers of that might affect the operation & management of the plant  (service delivery protests, community unrest, etc) 
3.       Institutional arrangements
Liaise with plant managers & local government in terms of local job opportunities & other opportunities for the communities
Participate in Local government structures like LED forums, IDP forums, Youth forums, Local business forums, etc
Observe the United Nation (UN) development goals (Job creation, poverty alleviation, education, sustainable livelihoods, etc)

Responsible for the mobilization of cash for work (CfW) activities at the field level by engaging with the communities & informing them on CfW modality, payment, type of activities etc. 2. Build and maintain mutually respectful relationships with local authorities and affected communities. 3. Regular visits to the project sites as per agreed plan in consultation with supervisor and share report with findings. 4. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to discuss needs, issues, and gaps. 5. Provide accurate and timely information for drafting the CCCM reports and other updates. 6. Excellent liaison with other Site Team Members, ensuring consistency and coordination of activities in the project site. 7. Undertake regular monitoring and evaluation of the project activities, including site visits, according to project result matrix, ensuring quality assurance of all data (completeness, reliability, validity, timeliness, and integrity). 8. Timely reporting any gaps and/or duplication in service delivery and communities needs emerged during daily activities. 9. In coordination with the direct supervisor, provide input for summary reports that include graphs, charts, tables, and related narratives as requested to fulfill internal and external reporting requirements. 10. Support monitoring progress of projects Implementing Partners and Service Providers as per developed M&E plan. 11. Assist in needs assessments, surveys or research as required. 12. Perform other such duties as may be assigned.

• Provide leadership to district teams for implementation of Program/Project.
• Ensures that the overall district plans for programmatic activities are implemented as per agreed timelines with expected quality.
• Coordinate in monitoring of performance against approved program and suggest changes to the manager for timely decision making.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly/bi-annually review and planning meetings of the district staff and prepare periodic work plans
• Build linkages with donors and government line department at district level

• Prepare Monthly plan for Monitoring of SPSP wash projects in district Khairpur and Ghotki
• Daily Perform Field Visits according to location given bi IPs staff to monitor and evaluate their performance.
• Co-ordinate with District health project managers on various matter related with field staff of IP’s.
• To Work with community and verify data provided by the IP’s Staff.
• Participated in various activities which has done by IP’s staff like Behavior change communication events, school wash club formation, street theaters, teachers, masons and community trainings etc.
• Record keeping and data management.

·Planning and monitoring towards target achievement.
·Conduct Facilitating team for conducting mobilization activities of the Project under close supervision of the Project Manager.
·Conduct and Facilitate to team for Establishment of community group as per requirement of donor and organization.
·Facilitate Community Resource Persons in triggering CLTS/PATS, developing community action plan, with particular focus on school and community activities with women, men and children.
· Effectively engage social welfare officer and UC secretaries during implementation of project activities as well as for monitoring and ensuring sustainability.
· Reporting to Donor and Project manager on weekly and monthly basis.
· Liaison and work with community groups and project to ensure accountability and best use of project resources.
· Ensure project targets in terms of ODF in his/her targeted area are achieved and sustained.

• Make arrangements for the capacity building events to be organized under the project.
• Understand the educational toolkit developed by UNICEF and help the project staff to understand the key messages to be disseminated in the community meetings.
• Validate the CRPs identified by the project team to determine either these CRPs have been identified as per criteria or not.
• Provide feedback to project team about selection process so that CRPs are selected as per criteria.
• In coordination with UNICEF s' Provincial Focal Person organize the trainings of CRPs on community awareness process.
• Visit the multifunctional community Centers and provide on job coaching/support to coordinators of the MFCCs for the management of the MFCCs.
• Regular on job capacity building of the project staff to understand the community mobilization mechanism on Health, education, sanitation and child rights.
• Coordination with concerned stakeholders for planning and celebration of the international events approved in the project budget.
• Observe the awareness sessions conducted by the CRPs and share the feedback with the CRPs and project staff for improvement in quality.
• Assist the project manager for preparing the monthly/quarterly reports of the project.

• Responsible for identification, mapping and mobilization of local resources.
• Training local leaders and activities in the basics of organizing communities and introducing a program of savings, capital formation, and skill development.
• Filling of LIP (livelihood investment plan) of poor families.
• Formation and Capacity building of CIG ( common interest group)
• Transferring of asset to ultra poor and vulnerable families.
• Arranging seminar and training on sustainable livelihood and Enterprise development.
• Arranging Vocational training for the children of poor families
• Develop profile of the villages/area, assist local community in addressing advocacy and development issues and develop linkages/networking with the Govt.
• Cooperative Management, enterprise development and business plan establishment and income generation activities.
• Responsible for accurate record to the Project’s development, including meeting minutes and information such as baseline info and women’s progression regarding people being referred to the Project.

·         Worked in an emergency response project of food assistance to the flood affected communities of district Sukkur.
·         Need based rapid assessment of flood affected IDPs
·         Carry out survey in flood hit areas of Sukkur.
·         Communicate team members in the field of survey.
·         Documentation of IDPs of floods 2010.
·         Stay in touch with head office about day to day field works.
·         Carry out food & other necessary items distribution from the front.
·         Organize food distribution points for flood affected communities.
