Working for Unilever Pakistan Ltd ,as a In-Store Manager for Metro Cash & Carry Karachi Stores, My core responsibilities and key tasks are given below

In-Store Manager (Metro)

• To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for Metro C&C.
• Develop quarterly volume plan through coordination with AKAM and Store Operations to achieve volume targets by category.
• Manage sales mix to ensure sustainable and competitive growth.
• Manage Sales Push Team to ensure compliance to all Sales fundamentals KPIs
• Operational issues’ handling, e.g. reasons for non-delivery of stocks
• Maintain liaison with KAM team and Customer Marketing Teams, reporting any information relating to trade/customer activity that could affect business.
• Monitor merchandising/visibility standards in key categories as per Visibility Standards.
