As the Regional Sales Manager for the South, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Royal Care Cosmetics. You will be responsible for managing and driving sales initiatives within your designated region, overseeing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring that revenue targets and market share objectives are met. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives within the South region. Set clear sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the South region. Use this information to formulate and adjust sales strategies.
Territory Management: Allocate and manage sales territories effectively to maximize market coverage and revenue generation.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand the customer base, and increase product sales. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors in the region. Foster long-term relationships that drive business growth.
Training and Development: Train, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the performance of the sales team, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales budget for the South region, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
Reporting: Generate and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and forecasts to the senior management team.

• Responsible for Sales of PTCL All Products Through our franchises sales & Retail outlets. Availability of POS material/Marketing Collateral in the registered retail outlets of region. And also I visit to all franchises of the region every Time. Ensure achievement of Sales Targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for EVO Internet Device and WLL Sets post paid & prepaid and All Consumer Products of PTCL .Handling Sukkur Regional Market and entire Responsible of Sales & Marketing Increase sales and secondary sales thru Assistant Managers look after total Franchise and One Stop Shops Sukkur Larkana & Nawab Shah Reporting to GM Commercial South to manage all Sales related activities covering area mapping & coverage, setting monitoring and achievement of targets. To ensure Company Targets.
