I, directly supervise and manage the implementation project Activity through community social activists and the Paralegalsteam in the implementation of planned activities and interventions in the target districts. Meanwhile also provide them with technical support to implement the activities of the project, to ensure the implementation in accordance with proposal guidelines and standards.
Lead a multi-disciplined professional Network with (Advocates of Bar councils, Union Councilors, Registers Labour Unions, Social Welfare Department, Human Right Commission, Women Protection Cell, child protection units, Communities based organizations other government departments) of all district staff in efforts to establish demand and professional awareness training on ADR methods to achieve project aim.
Developed logistical strategies and allocated resources to assess these awareness Sessions.
Planning/ Coordinating a Strategy to reach out to the communities in District Khairpur.
Planning and implementing Legal awareness programs in rural areas of Sindh with minimal assistance.
Prepare work Plans/Work schedules for all planned activities.

Support monitoring, evaluation, and research activities of the program and Assist the local with stakeholders both in public and private sectors, meanwhile identifying the needs and opportunities for program activities besides, facilitating in designing and developing of concept notes/proposals.Religious Minorities Legal Awareness Clinics is designed to legally empower disempowered and discriminated (Minorities) and for their humanitarian assistance. The minority community of our society as we awake them that can use their legal rights to live life joyfully, it is better truth that the people those are well responsive to the law make the best use of it.  Unluckily, the wide gap between the laws and the people’s awareness in Pakistan. To fill this backdrop/ gap, LAS introduce Legal Awareness Clinics to educate grassroots communities on their legal and human rights and builds their skills and capacities so that they can resist and prevent injustices without any hesitation.
