Close liaison and coordination with local community leaders,public.
Representative and government officials ensur local ownership the targeting process and universal coverage of households, through the Social Mobilizer.
Create and manage username/password for individual Enumeraters.
Set the adress information for Enumerator and synchronize the data to ensure that the same good information is set in their tablets.
Accompany Enumeraters to field shodow data collection and make course corrections.
Provide technical guidence to Enumerator to ensure quality of the survey.
Organize and lead daily debriefing meetings at the end of each day.
Ensure uploading of completed ERFs onto server.
Ensure that the Enumerators are provided with the following material for data collection
Village map with household listing of the surveying for indicating strating and ending points.
Clear all Call-back involving ERFs with No One at home/Incerrect CNICs as well as ERFs with no CNIC at all personally visiting the household.
Report daily performance of each Enumerator.
Fill final log of targeting form by village/locality (both in soft and hard from ) once survey in a particular village/locality completed.
Fill the relevant activity log on a daily basis and generate reports.
