• Smooth streaming of recruitment and selection process.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates and maintain database of key positions in advance of need.
• Develop job descriptions and person specifications,
• Preparing and posting job ads in newspaper, online portals and through email for internal referrals.

• Attachment of emails and employee documents in MIS and update resignations.
• Exit management including clearance, exit interview, exit checklist and final settlement.
• Absconders follow up and issuance of show cause notices to absconder
• Making Payroll sheets, reconcile payroll discrepancies, and making salary adjustments.
