Halmore Power Generation was established in 2005, it is a 225 MW combined cycle power project at Bhikki. I being the Head of Department was directly reporting to the CEO.
My key responsibilities included:

• Recruited to revamped HR function and introduce best practices into operation while managing all HR and facilities related functions. Purpose of the job is to optimize productivity from HR function and transform HR unit from support function to a strategic business partner through proactive HR planning.
