Halmore Power Generation was established in 2005, it is a 225 MW combined cycle power project at Bhikki. I being the Head of Department was directly reporting to the CEO.
My key responsibilities included:

• Recruited to revamped HR function and introduce best practices into operation while managing all HR and facilities related functions. Purpose of the job is to optimize productivity from HR function and transform HR unit from support function to a strategic business partner through proactive HR planning.
• Member of executive team and actively participating in operations reviews and strategic planning.
• Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organisation.
• Ensure that recruitment, selection and hiring processes follow internal policy and performance standard requirements.
• Devise strategy for measuring performance. .
• Assist with the development and implementation of human resource policies, objectives, procedures, and programs for the Company to help align workforce with strategic goals of the company.
• Help monitor the organizational culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
• Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
