概要

As the Manager HR at Aiming Change for Tomorrow International, funded by UNFPA, WFP, ILO, and the British Council, I undertook effective recruitment planning, workforce analysis, and targeted outreach to ensure timely filling of positions and increase gender balance in recruitment. I collaborated with recruitment teams, drafted vacancy announcements, coordinated recruitment processes, maintained recruitment documentation, and contributed to organizational targets for diversity and retention. Additionally, I supported program budget reviews and participated in management meetings affecting HR planning. As an Assistant Human Resource at Askari Guards PVT LTD, I assisted with HR functions, provided administrative support, and managed employee records. At Dar-e-Arqam School, I administered tests, created academic reports, and enhanced student learning through innovative methods. As a Customer Service Representative at The Brain Dots, I supported HR executives and managed confidential documents. I hold an M.Sc. in International Relations from the National University of Modern Languages and have received various certificates of merit and participation in arts, space research, sanitation, MS Office training, and PSEA training programs.
