Supervise the instructional programs of the school, evaluating lesson plans and
observing classes (teaching, as duties allow) on a regular basis to encourage the use
of a variety of instructional strategies and materials consistent with research on
learning and child growth and development.
Establish procedures for evaluation and selection of instructional materials and
equipment, approving all recommendations.
Supervise in a fair and consistent manner effective discipline and attendance systems

Make sure to go earlier than 10.00 am and fill in for Pr or VP when one is late or
absent.
Teachers come when there is a problem with student handling etc and try to find a
solution for them.
Sometimes, parents talk about issues too.
Sending email updates to Parents and make sure to send it by Friday evening of the
week so that parents get a chance to read it by Sunday morning.
During festival days, around school magazine preparation, picture day, Graduation
day, help with the general management of events.
