Main Duties and Responsibilities
a)Teachers Training (In/ Pre Service) especially in the Field of Science education at Bachelors Level. Teaching assessment and evaluation of Principles of Invertebrate Zoology, Chordate Zoology /comparative anatomy of vertebrates, Principles of Animal Biology (cell Biology, Bio-chemistry Environmental Biology and Genetics, performance of all practical experiments prescribed in the curriculum. Lectures/Sessions in Science Teaching Methodology during various Teacher Training programs at Elementary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Level in the college (FCE) and at National Institute of Science and Technical Education on various scientific units of subscribed curriculum of Science and other Core Subjects.
b)As an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Coordinator worked as an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Coordinator for implementing a project of UNESCO Islamabad. Key responsibilities/roles
1.-Established Documentation Centre &Reference Library on ECE at Federal College of Education (FCE) to cater the professional needs of ECE stakeholders across the country.
2.Organized capacity building workshops to train 500 ECE Master Trainers across Pakistan in Phase I and local ECE teachers of ICT in Phase II&III.
3.-Organized 3 day orientation workshop for FCE faculty on ECE at FCE.
4.-Organized study visits of FCE staff to professional NGOs working in ECE across the country including CGN Islamabad, AKU IED & TRC Karachi.
5.Advocacy initiatives under the project
-Published quarterly newsletter on ECE.
-Published promotional material folder on ECE.
-Organized national round table seminar on ECE.
6.-For strengthening coordination and information sharing organized& convened quarterly meetings of ECE technical committee/ECE core group with provincial representation of ECE stakeholders.

One teacher 4 courses in an academic year. 100% compliance achieved. Plan was to get the institute a declared Microsoft SHOWCASE School as a next step.5) started successful online classes starting from primary, secondary, higher secondary and O-Levels to complete the syllabus of academic year in the wake of COVID-19 lock - down situation.6)managed to submit the O- Level predicted grading to Cambridge International Education (CIE) grading system to promote our students based on their previous grades to protect their academic year at the wake of COVID-19 lock-down.

As a Principal IBA Community College Ubauro the following targets achieved
Around 1000 students enrolment with uninterrupted opportunity to study at the college from ECE-up to class X. We are exceeding the enrolment target provided under 5 Year Plan at the year 3 of the inauguration of the college.
Successfully converted the vacant hostel no.2 into the ACADEMIC BLOCK and successfully shifted primary classes there. This is because we need to utilize the vacant buildings for achieving the enrolment targets & considering the maximum utilization of existing resources.
Conduct Professional Developmenty Training sessions with faculty focusing on Educational Technology/ Pedagogy/Science Teaching Methodology/Dimensions of Learning Model.
