I am an MBA, B.Com having Business Administration and Management education background. I have commendable IT knowledge and possess effective communication. I have six years’ work experience in non-profit sector and having expertise in the sectors of program management, financial, HR management and organizational development. Currently I am Director Partnership and Operations of SDO a non-profit organizations working to uplift the citizens of Kashmir. Previously I have worked as Development Consultant, Grants Writer in reputed Consulting Firms and Provincial Coordinator with Child Rights Movement. Further I have worthy skills of community mobilization, social media campaigning, advocacy, grants and report writing skills. I have mostly worked in the programmes / projects of education, health, enterprise development, skill development, energy and social entrepreneurship. I have worked closely with USAID Pakistan, ADP (US), Japan Embassy, Kashmir Fund Denmark, KIRF (UK) and PCE Pakistan

Its program areas are Child rights, education & research, health, livelihood, sustainable development, energy, advocacy on human rights & governance and women empowerment. SDO is provincial (AJ&K) secretariat of “Pakistan Coalition for Education” and “Child Rights Movement” while it is member of Trust Law International (UK).
