• Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
• Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
• Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
• Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.

• Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees

• To coordinate with the Candidates to verify their information, ask their interest for the job & provide information about the job.
• To develop candidate evaluation criteria for finalization of candidates.
• To plan & conduct interview of potential candidates
• To coordinate for interviews of short listed candidates with concerned department Manager/ HOD
• To negotiate with selected candidates and give them Job Offer
• To finalize the List of short listed candidates & hand over it to Line Manager
• To coordinate with ER function for getting Hire approvals
• Visits Institution, universities & other domains for Talent Hunt (If Required)
• Ensures all HR activities are recorded on HR Help desk for management review & monitoring
• Manage, influence and motivate staff associated with performance issues.
