Responsible for the overall implementation of the Early Recovery and Rehabilitation Project funded by OXFAM for district Mirpurkhas and Sanghar, Sindh. The major components of the project are Food & Economic Security – FES, WASH, and Safe Garding and Protection. The activities of FES are the distribution of fertilizers and seeds among 455 farmers, Vaccination of 7000 animals, 45 Enterprise Development grants, Vocational Training of 60 youths, Community Livestock, and Extension Worker -CLEW training of 120, Training on modern animal husbandry 250, and kitchen gardening 45 plots, MPCA 2200, Cash for Work – CfW- 550,  while the activities in WASH component are: Construction of 300 Latrines, 300 bathing places, 197 laundry pads, 122 Lead hand pumps, 120 direct boar, installation of Nadi Filter 440, installation of hand washing stations 350,  distribution of aqua tabs, distribution of hand pump toll kits, distribution of cleaning kit, hygiene, and cleaning session, the last component is Safe Garding and Protection which cover the action plan development in 37 villages, implementation of action plans, linkages of protection committees with line departments, Formation of district protection network, development of district referral mechanism. My major responsibility is to execute the detailed implementation plan – DIP with coordination of support sectors and timely report to the donor agency (financial and program). All activists are initiated with the formation of Village Committees and Protection Committees. 

Implemented the Flood Affected Communities Integrated Response (FAIR) funded by the ECHO at Baluchistan and Sindh. The prime responsibility was to work closely with Implementing Partners -IP and the core program team to execute the project under the guidelines and supervision of CARE International. My core activities were Project Management and Leadership, Coordination, Programme Development, Quality Assurance, Reporting, and Problem-Solving. Where I was managed 03 Implementing partners including Shifa Foundation, Thardeep Rural Development Programme –TRDP, and Manzil Organization in Sindh and Baluchistan. The major areas of work were managing distribution of the noon food items – NFIs including Jerry Cans, Health and hygiene Kits, Pit Latrines, Temporary Shelters, Aqua Tabs, formation of community networks, the establishment of Child/women-friendly spaces, Health Hygiene Sessions, Development of referral mechanism of Government Line Department with Networks, Linkages of CFS/WFS with income generations activities and distribution of Multipurpose Cash Grants – MPCs among 13,000 beneficiaries.  Skills: Strategic Partnerships · Partnerships · Budget Monitoring · Team Facilitation · Financial Reporting · Project Management
 

§     Identification of potential growers for Climate Business Farmers and Women Open schools, access to and use of climate, agriculture, and water information with coordination of FAO team.
§     To organize training of financial literacy and business plan of SMEs, Arrange conferences on different value chains of projects, Celebration of field days, Focal person of training/capacity building and organization.
§      Responsible for providing overall support in designing process, development of training modules and curriculums, designing and implementing pre and post-training surveys, organizing the events of access to finance, and maintaining all required data and reports to donors. 
§     Design the tool for data collection of need assessment of SMEs, Farmers, and Input suppliers.
§     Provide technical input for finalizing various training methodologies, required for specific training and capacity-building events.
§     Support and contribute to the preparation of relevant information, communication, and education materials for use by the project field-based teams.
§     Work with project technical and field-based teams to ensure the quality of the training materials/guidelines/manuals and other reference documents developed for the training of financial literacy, orientation of new staff on the identification of new beneficiaries, etc.
§     Measure the outcomes of the project, document the case studies, and share the best practices.
§     Facilitate and guide the district teams in the planning of the Rural Mobilization and participate in the planning of the project activities and relevant budget exercises with PPAF-ITC and RDF.
§     Ensure that the district teams have access to all the necessary physical resources and inputs, e.g. conducive working space and equipment, transportation, administrative support, and authority to use those resources;
§     Ensure that all the project staff attends the staff orientation training sessions imparted by ITC, Ice Net Pakistan, and ECI at the provincial and district level.
§     Maintain strong coordination within the project staff and other relevant stakeholders i.e. government departments, donors, SMEs, MEAL, FAO, PPAF, GoS, and ITC. 
 

Successfully trained 2130 boys and girls under the component of Technical Vocational Skill Training of the Sindh Union Council Community Economics & Strengthening Support Programme-SUCCESS funded by European Union-EU at districts Kambar Shahdadkot, Larkana, Dadu, and Jamshoro with a placement ratio of 60%.
The major duty was to ensure the project activities were on time, within scope and budget, to coordinate with project partners for the day to matters, to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress, manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques. To conduct the pre and post-training of participants, Track project performance especially to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, to submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the directorate and donors as required.  The overall role includes oversight and quality assurance related to program implementation with true spirit. 

Designing and implementing Managerial, Vocational, and Natural Resource Management –NRM Training - NRM for the community and staff, and government officials through social mobilization. Developed the policy of Community Development Driven Approach – CDD through the Planning and Development Department Government of Sindh. Conducted TNI and TNA studies of districts Badin, Umerkot, and Shikarpur. Developed the tolls of pre and post-training analysis. Successfully trained 800 Male & Female under PPPRP-GoS funded project at district Mirpurkhas and Umerkot with the placement of 32% of Vocational and Agriculture trained participants.
Develop the booklet of case studies, develop the curriculum of training, Workbook of training, training manual, training schedule, training venues, stationary of training, hiring of training consultants, development of JDs of consultant, database management of participants in MIS, done administrative arrangements of training, development of training completion report and project completion report.  

Facilitated and guide social mobilization teams and formed 45,00 Community institutions formation, 1810 Village Organizations, and 100 Local Support Organizations. Completed 950 physical infrastructure schemes provided in 433 villages, successfully managed, supervised, and disbursed PKR: 700 million Community Investment Fund. Provided Micro Health Insurance to 26,000 households. Vocational Training to 9050 youth. Managed the portfolio of Natural Resource Management NRM training for livestock and Agriculture (CLEWs, Kitchen Gardening, Micro drip, modern techniques of agriculture, mainstreaming CRA mainstreaming, and a total of 750 participants trained).
Conducted capacity and training needs assessment, designed and organized the development of curriculum and training programmes to meet the identified needs of young people, women, farmers, and entrepreneurs. Developed, implemented, and provided trainings / capacity building for climate sustainable agriculture. Conducted training assessment by using pre and post training surveys to assess the effectiveness and impacts of training/capacity building.
Remained focal person of Process Review Assessment of UCBPRP, Coordinated Third-Party Evaluation, and The Midterm impacts studies, Tracer Studies conducted by IBA Sukkur, Apex Consulting, and Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI), GoS.  

Emergency Response 2010-2012
·       Distribution of cooked food / dry food/ NFIs in different tent cities established by UNHCR, UNICEF (with support of local partners) and District Government at Shikarpur and Sukkur during 2010.
·       Provision of safe drinking water among IDPs, Established TLCs with support of UNICEF in different tent cities at Sukkur.
·       Supervise the WASH related activities (Installation of pit latrine, Hand pump Installation, Washing Stations, Water Brozer, Hygiene and Dignity Kits, Health Hygiene awareness sections etc).
·       Implemented the Early Recovery & Restoration of Flood Affected Communities Sindh project funded by UNDP. (Shelter, Livelihood restoration, Cash for work, Capacity building of Union Council Disaster Management Committees – UCDMC, Capacity building of Government officials and Community representatives related to DRR). Registration of UCDMC with Social Welfare Department GoS. Project intervention districts are (Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Kashmore Kandhkot and Thatta).

To organize training events for community members at NRM- Training Station Mithi, established by TRDP. Organize 22 training events under the social mobilization project on the below topics:

Increases agricultural cover in the area through access to irrigation techniques that allow for year-round crop and fodder productivity.
Develops water supply schemes, demonstrates water conservation techniques, and provides access to innovations in drip irrigation technology.
Gives demonstration to the community members about the benefits of NRM for plants and livestock.

One-month indoor orientation at the Human and Institutional Development Unit, and one month’s field attachment with HRD-TRDP in different Social Mobilization Units, and, NRM Training Station.
