Considerable experience of Monitoring, Education Development Strategies, Capacity Building, Community Mobilization, Advocacy, Child Rights Projects and Training in different districts of Sindh. Progressive experience in Social Mobilization, Surveys assignments have completed successfully. I have also advantage of local languages like sindhi, urdu and Siraiki.

Conduct the introductory dialogues with the LSOs to introduce the project and role of the COs/VOs/LSOs in implementation of the project activities especially the social fund, Income generation grants and community awareness related activities.
Organize the orientation events of the LSOs to build their capacity to address the child rights related issues.
Conduct the regular meetings of the COs/VOs/LSOs and discuss the project related interventions and progress.
Disburse the funds to VOs/Los in the community meetings and ensure that VOs/LSOs use these funds for community related approved projects. Ensure the community participation in project implementation and accountability
Provide guidance to VOs/LSOs for preparation of the Micro Investment Plans of the target beneficiaries for the IGGs and conduct the appraisal of the identified beneficiaries and disburse the IGGs for target beneficiaries in community meetings and ensure the beneficiaries use the funds for the purpose mentioned in the approved Micro-Investment Plan (MIP).
Conduct the dialogue VOs/LSOs for establishment of the Multifunctional Community Centers (MFCCs) and encourage the VOs/LSOs to provide spaces for these centers in community.
Build the capacity of the Coordinators of the MFCCs about their role and responsibilities.
Provide support for the training of the CRPs and monitor the group meetings/awareness sessions conducted by the CRPs in community.
In partnership with LSOs and VOs organize the advocacy events/celebrate the international days for the promotion of the child rights.
Maintain record of all activities in district office, at LSOs level and CRP level.
