Making travel arrangements for staff members(by road/by air)
Prepare drivers duty rosters
Handling incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence and filing. Faxing, printing, photocopying, filing and scanning
Coordinate with Ministry of interior for renewal of Visas
To receive all invoices from vendors, enter them in log sheet and forward to Admin officer/ Admin Coordinator for supporting documentation to process for payment.
To receive cheques , D/D from account and calls vendor for collection and dispatch through and keep track of it.
Keep all documentations/file of the department including International Travel Request /Field Travel Request.
Market visits to collect /quotes petty purchase items as and when required.
Submission/collection of visa documents to different embassies and other government Office
