Supervise and monitor the progress of Social Mobilizers (Male and Female) in the team.
Supervise field research activities pertaining to baseline, assessment, case studies, and develop quality photo record.

Properly orient the project staff about the overall objectives and activities of the project
Review team work plans, reports and give feedback

Participate to conduct the baseline & End line surveys or other required surveys.
Formation or Reformation the Water, Sanitation Committees (WSCs) s in targeted villages.
Identification, training, and management for community volunteers and Water Sanitation Committees (WSCs).
Trained WSCs and volunteers on WASH interventions and smoothly implementation of activities.
Sensitization of community group on ownership of WASH infrastructure and ensure to attain Operation and maintenance training.
Directly responsible for resolve the community level conflict on WASH interventions.
Sensitize and Select the most vulnerable households for sanitation subsidy.
Signing the MoUs with Water, Sanitation Committees (WSCs)s
Collect data from Community and prepare regular reports on activities and WASH conditions for monitoring.
