Perusal of my CV would reveal my acquired skills and expertise. I have vast experience in Human Resource Management, learning and development, Quality Assurance, Monitoring and evaluation, Change Management, Capacity development, Institutional development, Organizational development, Analytical assessments and Training and development in the private, public and development sector and acquired the diverse experience. I “unleash potential by changing perspectives”, that may sound like a mouthful, but that’s exactly what I do. I am a Human Resource and Organization Development professional with 15+ years of experience under my belt.


I have developed numerous organizational policies, processes and Organizational Strategy manuals for effective organizational performance. As a member of the senior management team, I worked and contributed to the organizations in promoting Organizational mandate, Core Values and Operating Principles. I developed and established standard Human Resource Management Systems. I provided support and guidance to line managers to ensure all activities are in compliance with organizational standard operating procedures. I have a good understanding of corporate organizational prospects specifically in developing countries. I have a strong ability to build strong relationships with clients, focus on impact and result for the client and respond positively to feedback. I demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills including preparation of technical reports, general progress reports, proposals and preparation of HR & training budgets.


My forte is people and organizational development. I am a professional speaker and corporate trainer and have researched, designed and delivered trainings based on the latest People’s Engagements and executive Coaching best practices. I provided the corporate sector with numerous trainings and consultancies for capacity building, enhanced employee performance, career growth, leadership/ management skills, recruitment services, talent management and other OD strategies. I am also an executive coach and delve into workplace coaching as well “Providing People Power”.
