Mr. Imran is a seasoned Monitoring & Evaluation professional with M.A in Sociology having more than six years of extensive experience with international organizations. He possesses technical skills of research and evaluations; including Baselines, End lines, Pre & Post KAPs, concept notes and proposal writing and case studies. With excellent report writing and language skills, he has written numerous project reports, blogs and project success stories. As an M&E professional, he possesses strong skills in areas ranging from designing logical frameworks, M&E plans, budgeting, data analysis, project performance measuring techniques, revising and adjusting the project indicators.
He has strong capabilities and experience of working in health, education, emergency relief, Food Security and Livelihoods, economic development, advocacy campaigns, coordination and WASH initiatives. He is currently working with Malteser International program in Pakistan leading M&E activities of two projects being implemented in Sindh.

Designed data collection tools (formats, checklists, etc.) to update monitoring and evaluation plan and meet project’s reporting requirements;

The role of consultant was to conduct an outcome monitoring research study in order to measure the effectiveness of emergency winter aid delivered to the people in need in Afghanistan. The following were the major requirements and achievements of this role:
Devised a work plan for conducting post distribution monitoring study in two provinces of Afghanistan;
Designed a survey questionnaire using KoBo Toolbox for quantitative and qualitative data collection on the set indicators of project;
Deployed the survey to mobile devices and trained the data enumerators on questionnaire and use of Kobo toolbox for data entry;
Analyzed the data and wrote a post distribution narrative report containing findings backed by the quantitative and qualitative data with tables and charts.
