1. Ive been assigned task to prepare personal files of new appointed employees.
2. I handle United Insurance Company regarding fluctuation of staff and addition of new employees and also medical cases of employees which needed to be sent to UIC for claim.
3. I have made 4 Health insurance claims to UIC. All claims were successfully reimbursed.
4. Prepared monthly attendance sheets of all the employees for the months of August, September, October, November, December through the procedure defined by HR department. i.e., compilation of Attendance obtained from biometric machine, distributing the attendance sheet in the staff for rectification and omission of clerical mistakes, if any.
5. Managing House Officers documents, Leave records.
6. Maintained leave record of all the staff of institute on computer software for successful implementation of leave policy.
7. Completed the process of payment to the visiting faculty staff for every month with the coordination of the coordinator of respective program.
8. Organized training program for employees including Professional Ethics & Islamic Banking.
9. Organized One day training workshop on Research Methodology.
10. Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Manager on daily basis.
I was working in Hotel One with HR manager and I've learned most of HR functional tasks and departmental tasks.
I've learnt all basic HR Functionality at accounts office mansehra. This internship was for completion of my degree project and to learn HR on practical level.
