• Managing optimum delivery of human resources services by effectively aligning HR team in line with company vision and corporate goals.
• Analyzing recruitment trends to develop strategies that deliver hiring of most qualified candidates at an optimum cost.
• Ensure most suitable candidates are attracted, screened, selected, inducted, engaged and maintained to enhance retention, loyalty and performance.

• Manage employee relations in an effort to reduce/eliminate workplace disruptions and problems; counsel Managers and resources on preventing and resolving routine to increasingly complex employee relations matters
• Prepare Managers for effectively managing grievance meetings. Assist managers and leadership team for the development and implementation of performance improvement strategies and programs.
• Design and implement employee training and professional development programs to improve productivity and knowledge and promote retention strategies.
• Manage payroll, HRIS upgrades, while professionally developing HR process forms, guidelines, standards and processes.
