a. Airlines sales Reporting
i. Egypt Air Sales Reporting
ii. Make correction in CASS
iii. Use Data capture utility for sales report.
iv. Sudan Airways Sales Report
v. Gulf Air Sales Report
vi. Etihad Air Sales Report
vii. Royal Jordanian Airways Sales Report
b. Received Agents sales reports.
i. Reconcile all sales i.e. rates & weight Destination

iii. X Ray Charges Invoicing & Collection
iv. Customs Clearance Invoicing & Payment Collection.
c. Maintaining AWB stock
i. Receiving Stock from Airlines

d. Reconciliation of IATA sales reports.
i. Make Payment for CASS
ii. Make correction if any discrepancy.
e. Correspondence with vendors
i. Receiving invoices from our Vendors / Door to Door Agents
ii. Make payment for services get from vendors.
f. Controlling others branches accounts.
i. Stock controlling of AWBs
ii. Office Supplies requirements in branches.
iii. Contac Airlines if any problem in Cargo.
g. Updating sales reports on CASS.

• Performs general and administrative duties for the Project Manager, and assist the different Department Heads under his management.
• Established a Database for Client, Sub-contractor and other related companies involved in the Steel Mill
• Establish a Correspondence System for easy retrieval of documents and archives.
• Response and Corresponds with the Emails sent by the respective department for reservations for the board and meeting rooms.
• Perform other task as per the request of the top management
