b. Received Agents sales reports.
i. Reconcile all sales i.e. rates & weight Destination
ii. Payment collection & Other Charges.
iii. X Ray Charges Invoicing & Collection
iv. Customs Clearance Invoicing & Payment Collection.
c. Maintaining AWB stock
i. Receiving Stock from Airlines
ii. Issuance Stock to Agents and Branched
iii. Keep record for tracking AWB.
d. Reconciliation of IATA sales reports.
i. Make Payment for CASS
ii. Make correction if any discrepancy.
e. Correspondence with vendors
i. Receiving invoices from our Vendors / Door to Door Agents

• Established a Database for Client, Sub-contractor and other related companies involved in the Steel Mill
• Establish a Correspondence System for easy retrieval of documents and archives.
• Response and Corresponds with the Emails sent by the respective department for reservations for the board and meeting rooms.
