• Tracking daily activities in "Day Book".
• Making new distributor process and issuing license to independent distributer.
• Recording daily activities of different teams and expenses of the sub-office.
• Assigning activities to Distributors daily.
• Keeping inventory of food supplements and devices of the sub-office.
• Maintaining utility bills of sub-office (Electricity, DSL) etc.
• To check and balance the financial activates of the sub-office.
Responsibilities as an Office Administrator
• Arranging meetings between various distributor teams & leaders for new products information, devices & latest market strategies as per organization policies.
• To fix sessions between distributors of different Tienshi sub offices for sharing knowledge, ideas and better inter-networking.
• Scheduling monthly and weekly meetings of distributers and top leaders.
• Co-ordination with Top Leaders of Main Office to motivate distributors of sub office in various sessions as a guest speaker.
• Invitations to High Achievers of Main Office to train and motivate new distributors of sub office on regular basis.
• Responsible for smooth operation of co-ordination among distributors, different sub offices & Leaders of Main Office.

• Visits of construction sits to check and balance of materials and labor work.
