1 - Reviewing design documents and specifications to verify compliance with industry standards and Client requirements.

2 - Developing and executing testing plans, including pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests.

3 - Identifying and resolving issues related to the HVAC system’s installation, operation, and performance.

4 - Ensuring proper coordination among contractors, End users, and other stakeholders.

5 - Providing training and documentation to facility managers and maintenance staff.

6 - Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to secure the best possible pricing, delivery, and service terms.

7 - Manage the procurement process, including order placement, expediting, and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with project schedules

8 - My responsibility is to ensures that the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in buildings are designed, installed, and functioning according to the client requirements and industry standards. During the construction phase of a new building, ensuring that the newly installed HVAC system meets the design intent and functions properly.
