The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth of our business by engaging potential buyers through outbound outreach and converting them into satisfied customers. This involves a comprehensive approach from initial contact to client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective sales process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase revenue by converting potential businesses into customers.
  • Improve customer experience with effective calls, proposals, and smooth onboarding.
  • Build strong client relationships through great service and regular communication.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct Outbound Outreach: Engage potential buyers through outbound calls as part of a B2C campaign.

Required Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C or B2B scoping calls, creating proposals, and client onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Quota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
