  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for effective solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and contribute to a positive customer service environment.
