We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Zonal Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the Rawalpindi territory in the field of perfumes.

As a Zonal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations within the Rawalpindi/Islamabad, wahcantt Territory. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
