Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in BPOs and call center.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide solutions that align with company offerings.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Education: High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
