  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide solutions that align with company offerings.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
  • Education: High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
