Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and help take our social media presence to the next level. If you’re passionate about storytelling, strategy, and data-driven results, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Create engaging and creative content tailored to each platform, maintaining brand consistency and voice.
Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Monitor competitors and industry leaders on social media to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging stories and content.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in graphic design or video editing (e.g., using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Final Cut Pro).
Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and budgeting.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
