We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and help take our social media presence to the next level. If you’re passionate about storytelling, strategy, and data-driven results, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create engaging and creative content tailored to each platform, maintaining brand consistency and voice.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- Monitor competitors and industry leaders on social media to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging stories and content.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in graphic design or video editing (e.g., using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and budgeting.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
