Data Entry Executive

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our data management processes.

Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data into the company's databases and systems
Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors
Ensure timely and precise processing of data while maintaining confidentiality
Assist in organizing and digitizing various forms of media content
Collaborate with other teams to support data-related requirements
WordPress data entry, product listing & blog posting

Requirements:

6-month experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
Understanding of data entry and management software/tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Understanding of digital media platforms is a plus
Wordpress data entry, product listing, blog posting

Qualifications:

Degree in any practical field and a certificate in data entry or related fields are advantageous.
Familiarity with digital content management systems is preferred.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
