Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our data management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data into the company's databases and systems
- Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors
- Ensure timely and precise processing of data while maintaining confidentiality
- Assist in organizing and digitizing various forms of media content
- Collaborate with other teams to support data-related requirements
- WordPress data entry, product listing & blog posting
Requirements:
- 6-month experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
- Understanding of data entry and management software/tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of digital media platforms is a plus
- Wordpress data entry, product listing, blog posting
Qualifications:
- Degree in any practical field and a certificate in data entry or related fields are advantageous.
- Familiarity with digital content management systems is preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
