Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must assist manager with the daily operations and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to systematically manage the business’s policy.
  • Process payments, create invoices, contact clients about outstanding invoices, record income and receipts, and enter data.
  • Prepare financial statements displaying business profits and expenses.
  • Prepare annual budgets for operations in coordination with the manager.
  • Manage and regularly monitor program expenditure, with regular budget versus actual analysis.
  • Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of banking and currency practices.
  • Ensure that bank and cash accounts are reconciled on a regular basis.
  • Adhere to all the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Work experience with accounts software like SAP will be preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Ms Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
  • Good conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Positive, go-getter attitude.
