Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must assist manager with the daily operations and processes.
- Collaborate with the Manager to systematically manage the business’s policy.
- Process payments, create invoices, contact clients about outstanding invoices, record income and receipts, and enter data.
- Prepare financial statements displaying business profits and expenses.
- Prepare annual budgets for operations in coordination with the manager.
- Manage and regularly monitor program expenditure, with regular budget versus actual analysis.
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of banking and currency practices.
- Ensure that bank and cash accounts are reconciled on a regular basis.
- Adhere to all the company’s rules and regulations.
- Work experience with accounts software like SAP will be preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Ms Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
- Good conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- Positive, go-getter attitude.
