We are in the Oil and Gas sector with an annual turnover of over PKR 550 million, with retail sites spread across Punjab. However, our area of interest and operations is wider than that and our passion is to solve problems - the more complex the better. Our core business is therefore just one part of the organization, and we are now establishing a research and development unit to synthesize insights from a trifecta of disciplines: psychology, economics, and technology. For instance, we are currently focused not just on commercial expansion, but also on developing unique public policy proposals. The intent is to indulge our curiosity, study the interplay of key disciplines in the real world, while drawing practical inferences from them. But of course most importantly, recognize our inherent biases and systematic errors that tend to cloud our judgement.

We believe in creating environments that foster creativity, where thinking out of the box is appreciated and not being experienced does not mean you are not heard. We think that an effective system promotes honest communication across the organization, even in the face of hierarchy, and values cooperation and team building for collective success.
