Premier Formica Industries Limited was incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act. 1913, (subsequently replaced by companies ordinance, 1984) and has its registered office at Peshawar N.W.F.P. The company is engaged in business of manufacture and sale of Formica, chipboard, Laminated Chip Board, Laminated Hardboard and Bakelite. It has its manufacturing facilities at industrial estate Jamrud road, Peshawar, with the factory building spread over an area of about two acres plot of land. The factory is equipped with latest automatic imported plant and machinery and is operating at its optimum capacity. It commenced its commercial production in 1983 and since then it is running successfully without any interruption.
