In August 1997 PAMH commenced its clinical services with the goal of providing a community-oriented, cost-effective and culturally relevant program for diagnosis, treatment and aftercare of psychiatric patients. The clinic was located at the Institute of Behavioral Sciences on the University Road and offered outpatient psychiatric and psychological services.

The free clinic of PAMH offers outpatient services including psychiatric consultation, psychotherapy, and psychological assessment, all free of cost. Deserving patients are also given free psychiatric medicines.
