Nagina Cotton Mills Limited (the Company) was incorporated in Pakistan on May 16, 1967 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1913 as repealed by the Companies Ordinance, 1984, and listed on Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges of Pakistan. The principal business of the Company is to manufacture and sale of cotton and blended yarn. The Company's manufacturing facilities are located in the province of Sindh. Annual turnover of the company is Rs.4.5 billion.
