Bringing Advancement Kindly And Responsibly (BAKAR) was established in 2009 registered under the Societies, Registration Act XXI of1860.
BAKAR wants to bring sustainable development, empower communities and build the capacity of local people to identify and prioritize their felt and un-felt needs and seek out a possible solution with in the available resources. BAKAR believes in mutual respect without any discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, gender or any other social or political identities.
BAKAR focus on health and education as the basic pillars for development and an endeavor for the achievement of the millennium goals. Therefore imparting health education, arrangements for trainings of health and education staff to capacities them and enable to meet the new century challenges.
BAKAR conducts research surveys also to identify the needs of the community and adopt a need based approach for bringing a positive social change in the community and fight against social evils.
BAKAR has well established system of Social Mobilization, Human Resource Development (HRD), Health, Education and Gender Development. Therefore BAKAR is composed of a well competent team of professionals having experience in community development behavior changing communication.
BAKAR approach is multi dimensional as conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies, needs assessment, trainings arrangements and practical interventions for improving the current ratio of education and eradication of communicable diseases.
BAKAR develops linkages with line departments and has developed closed liaison with Non Governmental Organizations to make a joint effort for achieving the objectives. Therefore BAKAR share its experience with others to capacitate them and learn from their experience.

BAKAR addressing the marginalized and vulnerable group of the community and endeavors to create a peaceful environment for them individuals to identify and resolve their problems under participatory approach with the collaboration of governmental and non governmental organizations include for-profit organizations or NGI (Non Governmental Individual).
