SADA stands for Social Awareness and Development Association.. It is a development organization and was set up in the mid of year 2007 to address the issue and challenges faced by the poverty stricken and socially and culturally exploited people. Because development experiences have shown that neither Govt. nor people alone cannot do much for the empowerment of the poor. There is need that NGO’s should come forward to support the disadvantaged people. Millions of people are illiterate, lack access to basic health facilities and unaware of their rights.

Based on these reasons SADA was formed to generate innovative strategies at grass root level for better health, education and livelihood of the suffering communities.

SADA is a non-government and non-profitable organization working with the downtrodden people for their socio-cultural empowerment regardless of race, color, sex and religion etc. The organization is registered by the social welfare department of the local govt.
