AL-RAAYA (The-Aroma) is a Mughlai theme based restaurant which introduces the Mughlai Cuisine along Royal Platter to Plate Service. This predominantly cuisine was influenced by the imperial kitchen of the Mughal Empire in South Asia. The cuisine was relished by the Mughal Emperors and Indian aristocracy of that era - known for its richness and aroma; a blend of carefully selected exotic spices, herbs, dried fruit nuts, meat, rice and vegetables.
