Responsibilities:

In an outbound role, you'll be responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and persuading them to use your brokerage's services for their auto transport needs.

  • You'll provide customers with accurate quotes for vehicle transportation based on factors like distance, vehicle type, and shipping preferences.
  • Once a customer agrees to use your services, you'll help them complete the booking process, schedule pick-up and delivery dates, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • You'll liaise with carriers and drivers to coordinate the actual transportation of vehicles, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
  • In case of delays, damage, or other issues, you'll work to resolve customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, customer interactions, and shipments.
  • Stay informed about federal regulations and industry standards related to auto transportation to ensure compliance.
