We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating and engaging marketing materials that effectively promote our healthcare products and services. Your creative skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns and enhance our brand image in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and marketing objectives in the healthcare sector.
Conceptualize, design, and produce various marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
Create visually appealing presentations and infographics to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our healthcare products and services.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and industry regulations.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts and ideas that effectively communicate the unique selling points of our healthcare offerings.
Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and printers to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of marketing materials.
Provide creative support for website design, UI/UX elements, and digital marketing campaigns in the healthcare domain.
Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field.
Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, including layout design, typography, color theory, and composition.
Solid understanding of design principles and ability to apply them creatively to marketing materials in the healthcare context.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to maintain design assets and files systematically.
Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and video editing software is a plus.
A passion for healthcare marketing and a keen eye for emerging design trends.
