Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and marketing objectives in the healthcare sector.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce various marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing presentations and infographics to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our healthcare products and services.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and industry regulations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts and ideas that effectively communicate the unique selling points of our healthcare offerings.
- Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and printers to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Provide creative support for website design, UI/UX elements, and digital marketing campaigns in the healthcare domain.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, including layout design, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Solid understanding of design principles and ability to apply them creatively to marketing materials in the healthcare context.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to maintain design assets and files systematically.
- Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and video editing software is a plus.
- A passion for healthcare marketing and a keen eye for emerging design trends.
