- Applies risk-focused planning for team initiatives, investigations and continuous improvement plans.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Motivate project team members, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, Provide guidance and support.
- Ensure daily KPIs monitoring as per the defined in the project
- Oversee and monitor KPIs using software platforms, addressing and ensure real-time issues being promptly addressed.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations, conduct regular reviews and audits of project processes and outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management, communicate project progress, issues, and risks effectively.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, develop process maps and workflows to illustrate current and future states, collect and analyze data to support decision-making and project objectives, develop reports and dashboards to present findings.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare regular project updates, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
