Applies risk-focused planning for team initiatives, investigations and continuous improvement plans.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Motivate project team members, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, Provide guidance and support.
Ensure daily KPIs monitoring as per the defined in the project
Oversee and monitor KPIs using software platforms, addressing and ensure real-time issues being promptly addressed.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations, conduct regular reviews and audits of project processes and outcomes.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management, communicate project progress, issues, and risks effectively.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, develop process maps and workflows to illustrate current and future states, collect and analyze data to support decision-making and project objectives, develop reports and dashboards to present findings.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Prepare regular project updates, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
