Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all relevant PSX regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
Monitor and analyze changes in PSX regulations and advise the management team on necessary adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, statements, and reports.
Prepare financial reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and adherence to compliance standards.
Participate in external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
Provide training and guidance to colleagues on compliance-related matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial compliance and accounting.
Strong knowledge of Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations and dynamics.
Excellent understanding of financial reporting and documentation.
Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Ethical and integrity-driven mindset.
