Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant PSX regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
- Monitor and analyze changes in PSX regulations and advise the management team on necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, statements, and reports.
- Prepare financial reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and adherence to compliance standards.
- Participate in external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on compliance-related matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial compliance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations and dynamics.
- Excellent understanding of financial reporting and documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
