Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant PSX regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in PSX regulations and advise the management team on necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, statements, and reports.
  • Prepare financial reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Participate in external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on compliance-related matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial compliance and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations and dynamics.
  • Excellent understanding of financial reporting and documentation.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ethical and integrity-driven mindset.
